Free Software Magazine #3 Released

Issue #3 of Free Software Magazine is now available for free reading online. The articles include a look at independent music distribution via the net, a look at XML authoring, and two articles about the unsteady relationship between free and non-free software. Should we promote free software on propreitary systems? Chris Karr says yes, since that's the only way a lot of people are ever going to be exposed to it.
